Finally after letting spiders spin their webs around me for the past 40+ days, i finally cleared up their webs and moved on to start work again... Lol... this is such a difficult step to step out of coz i have been in my comfort zone for far too long already...
As expected, the start of something umfamiliar is always so so difficult... Started my first call at around 3pm... Last call at 8.30pm... Surprisingly i made 143 calls and only 35 pick up and answer... Abit sadden la... Anyway just a beginning and i expect myself to improve as days pass...
At the end of the day i found tat i'm doing something which isnt me... Need to build rapport with the "potential" customers (which wont even be my cust) when i'm such a quiet kid... Lol... So i guess after learning and improvin myself, i will be able to build rapport with almost anyone and also i will handle rejections better...
Brighter days ahead... Smile...
